On-board network development

The on-board network controls the voltage supply and the flow of information between components and control devices. Weight reduction, electrification of high-voltage on-board networks as well as the mechanical integration of the on-board network and its electronic components are important factors in on-board network development.

We support you with long-standing know-how and specialist competence, in particular with respect to the development and transition of 12 V on-board networks – which are reaching their limits – towards 48 V on-board networks.

The use of suitable integration concepts and matched time schedules allows the simultaneous integration on different functional levels. This procedure is applied in the series process as well as in for derivate and special development.

The driving dynamics requirements of the future increasingly require the application of electric drive systems. Our know-how allows the adaptation, integration and application of electric mobility components.

The increasing number of electronic components in the vehicle as well as the increased function integration require ever more sophisticated test systems in order to prove the series suitability of the components. We support you in the build-up of your test system already from the specification phase. We are your ideal partner, due to our long-standing experience in the build-up of automotive test systems in cooperation with our accredited testing laboratory as well as with OEMs and suppliers.
