Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008

All company parts are certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 regulations.

Company policy principles

The performance for a customer must be rendered in a way that guarantees that the expectations of the customer are satisfied and exceeded. The continuously implemented quality management system guarantees the quality work expected by the customer during the processing of his orders.

Quality focuses in the company

The importance of the realisation of the company objectives is made visible to our employees for each and every working task.

The effective arrangement of processes for the implementation of customer orders is a basic precondition for quality work. The high own responsibility in the development departments in conjunction with the support of centrally controlled auxiliary and side processes ensures an effective order processing.

The provision of high quality resources is a precondition for the implementation of effective process flows. Among these count e. g. training measures for employee preparation and targeted investments in order to fulfil the requirements of current and future development tasks.

Information Security Management System according to ISO IEC 27001

All company parts are certified according to the ISO IEC 27001 regulations.

The standard ISO IEC 27001 specifies the requirements for the development, the implementation, the operation, the monitoring, the maintenance and the improvement of a documented Information Security Management System, taking into account the risks within the entire company. This standard was prepared in order to ensure the selection of adequate security mechanisms for the protection of all IT assets. The objective is a continuous improvement of the safety standard, the company safety, data safety and process safety.

Data protection officer

The data protection officer is responsible for the monitoring and control of the compliance of data protection laws, regulations and ordinances.

Accreditation of test procedures according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005

The test laboratory in the development department for testing is predominantly working for the automotive industry. The most important quality objective is customer satisfaction basing on the competence of our laboratory. The significance of the compliance with customer requirements as well as legal and official requirements is communicated by the test laboratory manager.

Competence is proven by the flexible accreditation of the following procedures according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005:

  • Measuring of electrical magnitudes, in particular voltage strength, resistance and insulation resistance
  • environment simulation tests
  • chemical resistance tests
  • sunlight simulation
  • climatic tests
  • actuation and load tests
  • photogrammetric investigations with an optical measuring system for deformation analysis
  • servo-hydraulic, electrodynamic and pneumatic test bench tests

Our laboratory performs standardised tests in the scope of these procedures. If necessary, changes, extensions or new developments of test procedures are performed and validated by our test laboratory. This is realised by the high qualification of our employees and the multi-faceted applicability of our laboratory equipment. The development and the validation of these test procedures is always performed in close co-operation with our customers.
