Functional tests, endurance and operational fatigue tests, climatic resistance tests, tightness tests as well as the test of static and dynamic stiffness are performed.

Software and electronic systems development:

Here we can support you with the development of hardware and software solutions for automotive applications, including software for electric drives with driving dynamic regulation. Moreover, we are competent in project planning, programming and commissioning test bench control systems and the software test and the simulation (software-in-the-loop).

Vehicle electrics/measuring technology:

Here we focus on the testing of electrical, electromechanical and electronic assemblies, mobile and stationary measuring, high-speed measuring, multi-gauging measuring and long-term measuring.

Chassis:

Apart from operational load measuring including test signal detection and the calculation of load collectives, we also perform clearance analyses, wheel space calculation and acoustic measuring for you. The test part application and the complete equipment of measuring vehicles is also a part of our portfolio, as well as the design and production of special test part adaptations.

Operational stability

We perform long-term bench tests, the development and the construction of component test benches for you; furthermore we can offer you servo-hydraulic test equipment.

Vehicle testing

We perform customer-specific long-term tests, but also special tests of individual components as well as the wear analysis of assemblies for you. A competent team of engineers and mechanics supports and monitors the test procedures on a 24/7 basis.
