Excellent specialised competence, innovation and well-founded knowledge of 3D design tools are the basis for he preparation of most sophisticated surface descriptions.
We can perform the generation of the master geometry – in form of loft data – for the complete outer skin of aircraft. For this, we consider the definition of clearance surface for moving assemblies. The surface generation for painting processes and volume models for mass calculation is also possible. Furthermore, we perform the homogenization of CFRP outer skin fields and the design of CFRP parts. Moreover, we develop production supports and devices for CFRP components, as e. g. laminate adhesive devices, weld nuggets, production cores, forming cores, material blanks (developed view) and the compensation of spring-in. Furthermore, we perform the definition of overlap loft, the definition of global shape, and reverse engineering.
